P & B Group has a career opportunity for a Workshop Based Service Advisor in our Auto Electrical business. P & B Group is a family-owned business, which has been trading for over 25 years. As well as having an auto electrical workshop in Hamilton we also operate both a light & heavy mechanical workshop, and a 4×4 parts retail businesses in Hamilton. We are OEM dealers for UD Trucks, Hyundai, Foton, Case & ASV.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to be a part of our Auto Electrical workshop. Reporting to the Auto Electrical Manager, you will drive the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. You will be the ‘face’ of the workshop to our customers, this includes providing our customers with a great customer service experience, ensuring the customers enjoy smooth ‘booking in’ process and taking responsibility for certainty that the communication between the workshop and customers is timely and professional
You will have:
- Experience within an auto electrical workshop
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A passion for providing ‘getting it right first time’ service
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Highly organised and process orientated
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Great Health and Safety acumen
- A full clean NZ driver’s license
