Automotive Mechanic – 4×4 Installer

  P & B Group is a family-owned business which has been trading for over 25 years, as well as having an Auto Electrical workshop, we also operate both light & heavy mechanical workshops and a 4×4 parts retail business in Hamilton. We are OEM dealers for UD Trucks, Hyundai, Foton, Case and ASV.

  We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic/4×4 Installer to join our light mechanical workshop. This workshop-based position service and repairs a wide range of light vehicles. You will also be part of the team that installs our 4×4 Centre parts and accessories.

  You will have:

  • A WOF ticket would be an advantage but not a necessity
  • Customer service focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Be a passionate 4×4 enthusiast
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and deliver outstanding results
  • Capability to analyse and diagnose faults and carry out repairs
  • A current full NZ driver’s license
  • Trade Certificate
